Zero Loss
To date we believe that our training programs and services have been a major contributing factor to maintaining a zero loss of aircraft or life within 30 years of flight, with over 50,000 landings and over 2,000 000 miles covered in flight.
PROFESSIONAL PILOT AND CREW
The safety of passengers and ground personal is of upmost importance. We work to a higher than normal safety standard. Parsons Aviation understands that the performance of its aircraft and crew are of vital importance to the safe operations and longevity of aircraft components.
Training crew in further safety and care of aircraft has proven to be beneficial to both the client and Parsons Aviation and it reduces potential down time on helicopters. Further to the above, regular audits are conducted on all services incorporated in our operations from maintenance facilities to aircraft care been given by crew and other responsible persons.

EXPLORATION
PROJECTS
Special exploration projects has seen Parsons Aviation contracted in many different countries across Africa, for the purpose of prospecting. Often these projects require specific training of pilots and crew.
SEARCH AND
RESCUE
Due to the remoteness of much of Southern Africa, we are often tasked with flying over areas where small aircraft or vehicles have gone missing. With the help of our ground crew, rescue teams are guided to the area once sightings have been made.
REMOTE SITE
SUPPORT
Remote isolated sites comes with their own set of challenges, including fuel logistics, temperature at take off and runway conditions. Regardless of this we are capable of bringing in large and specific payloads via our longline helicopters.
CASH IN TRANSIT
Cash in transit is an important service provided to safely transfer cash or gold to banks in the city.
AERIAL SURVEYS AND
PHOTOGRAPHY
Aerial survey and photography requires high intensity and high utilisation flying to cover specific areas. At the moment, we have a small skilled crew to help service this type of niche operation.
EXTERNAL LOAD
OPERATIONS
(VERTICAL REFERENCE)
Parsons Aviation pilots have all extensive long line vertical reference experience. Often operations have required the use of sling lines of over 60 meters in length.
We are highly effective in such operations and pride ourselves on this key part of our operations.
MEDICAL
RESCUE
We have a fully equipped medical evacuation helicopter complete with trained paramedics on stand by. Based in Harare, it is conveniently positioned to reach all outgoing areas as soon as clearances have been obtained.
